Good Samaritan provides the following DODD-approved waiver services across Central Ohio:

Homemaker/ Personal Care

Assistance with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal prep, dressing, and household tasks.

Supported Living

Supported Living helps individuals with developmental disabilities live successfully and independently in their homes and communities. We provide personalized support based on each person’s unique goals, preferences, and level of need.

Our Supported Living services include:
- Assistance with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Support with housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Help with scheduling and attending medical or therapy appointments
- Transportation for errands, outings, and community engagement
- Behavior Support Plans (BSP) implementation and assistance in managing challenging behaviors
- Social skill development and support in building healthy relationships
- Coaching and encouragement in achieving personal goals and independence
- Coordination with families, guardians, and service teams to ensure consistent and safe care

The goal of Supported Living is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives in the least restrictive environment possible, while ensuring their safety, well-being, and inclusion in the community.

Non-Medical Transportation

Reliable transportation to and from day programs, employment, appointments, and community outings.

Money Management

Budgeting assistance, bill payments, and financial literacy training to promote responsible independence.

Remote Supports

Technology-based supports to promote safety and autonomy, with monitoring from trained staff.

We are excited to announce the launch of Adult Day Services (ADS) in Cincinnati under the brand:

Queen City Tours

Queen City Tours offers individuals a chance to experience their community in new and meaningful ways. This program is focused on community integration, recreation, and social enrichment. Rather than being confined indoors, our clients explore the city and enjoy:

  • Museums, parks, local attractions

  • Volunteering opportunities

  • Life skills training

  • Group outings and cultural events

This new service will be fully integrated into the Good Samaritan brand and website. Clients and guardians will access everything through one unified platform.
